It will cast new light on his biography and the history of the postwar peace movement, and on Moscow\u2019s relations with the World Peace Council, which were far from simple.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Geoff Roberts<\/strong><\/em> is a Member of the Royal Irish Academy, Emeritus Professor of History at University College Cork.
